Public Affairs Strategy (Germany & EU)
- Execute SpiNNcloud’s public affairs strategy across Germany (federal & regional) and EU institutions (Brussels)
- Position the company within key policy debates (AI, semiconductors, HPC, digital sovereignty)
- Monitor and anticipate regulatory and geopolitical developments at both national and EU levels
- Identify and drive opportunities within public frameworks (e.g., German federal programs, EU initiatives)
Government & Institutional Relations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders:
- Represent SpiNNcloud in high-level meetings, consultations, and policy forums in Berlin and Brussels
- Act as a trusted counterpart to policymakers and institutional partners
EU & German Ecosystem Positioning
- Maintain SpiNNcloud’s perspective as a recognized voice in European AI infrastructure and deep tech
- Engage with industry alliances, think tanks, and research institutions across Germany and the EU
- Drive participation in strategic consortia, IPCEI initiatives, and collaborative programs
Funding & Strategic Initiatives
- Identify, shape, and support access to public programs(e.g., Horizon Europe, Chips Act, IPCEI, national innovation programs)
- Collaborate with internal teams to align corporate strategy with national and international development
- Support positioning in large-scale European initiatives
Strategic Communication & Thought Leadership
- Develop policy narratives around AI, compute infrastructure, and European competitiveness
- Contribute to position papers, consultations, and high-level communications
- Support CEO and leadership visibility in policy and industry discussions
