- Design and define HPC and AI system solutions tailored to customer use cases
- Translate customer requirements into scalable and efficient computing solutions
- Steer benchmarking, performance analysis, and system optimization efforts
- Collaborate closely with internal engineering teams to align product capabilities with real-world demands
- Act as a trusted technical advisor to customers throughout the full engagement lifecycle
- Lead technical discussions, workshops, and architecture reviews with senior stakeholders
- Define and execute technical strategies for key opportunities
- Own and lead proof-of-concept processes to drive successful adoption
- Work directly on coordinating customer workloads, including FEM solvers, AI inference, and scientific computing applications
- Optimize performance and efficiency of workloads on our systems
- Bridge the gap between theoretical capabilities and real-world performance
- Identify opportunities for differentiation through applied computing approaches
Opportunity Ownership & Execution
- Own customer engagements end-to-end, from lead generation, initial qualification and deployment
- Drive opportunities from evaluation and benchmarking to production adoption
- Shape solution configurations and technical positioning aligned with customer needs
- Collaborate with leadership on solution structuring and engagement strategy
- Support discussions by clearly articulating technical value, differentiation, and impact
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to accelerate decision-making

- Provide structured feedback from customers to product and engineering teams
